• Payment details — handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers

• Device and browser information — user agent, screen size, language, OS
• IP address and approximate location — country, region, city (derived from your IP)
• Usage data — pages viewed, time spent, clicks, referrers

• Vercel Analytics — aggregated page-view and performance data
• Microsoft Clarity — session replays and heatmaps to help us improve the user experience

Advertising

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API — used to measure ad effectiveness and to show you relevant ads on Meta platforms. Cookies named `_fbc` and `_fbp` are set by Meta. Data is transmitted to Meta automatically when you interact with the Service.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling strictly-necessary cookies may break the Service.

5. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We share limited data with the following processors and providers, only as needed to deliver the Service:

• Stripe — processes payments and manages subscriptions. Receives your email, payment details, and billing address
• Supabase — hosts our database. Stores your quiz answers, email, and subscription state
• Vercel — hosts the Service and collects basic analytics
• Meta Platforms (Facebook) — receives hashed identifiers and event data via the Pixel and Conversions API for ad attribution
• Microsoft Clarity — receives session interaction data for UX analytics
• ipapi.co — receives your IP address to return approximate geolocation

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law (for example, financial records for tax and accounting purposes).

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Sensitive data such as payment information is handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processors. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS.

No system is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@pleasuremaxing.com.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

The Service is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
