By accessing or using Pleasure Maxing (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Pleasure Maxing. We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Pleasure Maxing is a digital subscription service that delivers personalized, sensual audio content for adult audiences. The Service includes a guided quiz, audio narratives shaped to the preferences you provide, and related digital features delivered through the website.
All content is fictional and produced for entertainment purposes only. The Service does not depict real persons or events.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time, with or without notice.
The Service is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or older. By creating an account, paying for a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You must not access the Service from any jurisdiction where sensual or sexually-themed content is unlawful. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws applicable to you.
If we have reason to believe you are under the age of 18, we will terminate your access and delete your account.
Access to the Service requires a paid trial followed by a recurring monthly subscription. We offer the following trial plans:
How billing works: You pay the trial fee up front today. When the trial ends, your card is automatically charged the full monthly subscription price, and the same amount is charged every month thereafter until you cancel. The trial fee and the monthly subscription price are different — both are shown on the checkout page before you pay.
Example: If you select the 7-day trial in USD, you pay $6.95 today. On day 7, your card is automatically charged $49.99. Your card is then charged $49.99 every month after that until you cancel.
To avoid being charged the monthly price, you must cancel before the trial period ends. Cancellation is described in Section 6.
Prices are displayed in your local currency and include any taxes that apply. We may offer introductory or promotional pricing from time to time.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription renews at the end of each monthly billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices at any time. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing period. We will provide you reasonable notice before any price increase.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

Not all payment methods are available in every country. The methods you see on the checkout page are the ones available to you. We do not store your full card number on our servers — all payment data is handled directly by the processor in line with its security standards. Your payment may be subject to additional verification such as 3D Secure (Visa Secure or Mastercard ID Check).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you retain access until then and will not be charged again.
To cancel, contact us at support@pleasuremaxing.com and we will process your cancellation. Include the email address used to subscribe so we can locate your account.
To avoid being charged the monthly fee after a trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Trial fees and subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@pleasuremaxing.com and we will review your case in good faith.
Note for EU residents: Under EU consumer law, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from contracts for digital content. By starting your trial and accessing the Service immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of this agreement and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. This is required for digital services delivered instantly.
All audio narratives, scripts, voices, and characters on the Service are fictional and produced for entertainment purposes only. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is coincidental.
The Service is intended as an entertainment product. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, relationship, or sex therapy advice. If you have questions about your health or wellbeing, consult a qualified professional.
Sensual themes are presented within fictional contexts and between consenting adult characters. We do not produce content depicting minors, non-consensual acts, or anything illegal.
All text, audio, scripts, voices, designs, software, and other material on the Service are owned by us or licensed to us. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and stream the content for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment, for the duration of your active subscription.
You may not download, copy, redistribute, modify, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written permission. Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated extraction of content is prohibited.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website, service, or application linked from the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and this Section) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
